Click the large red "REPORT FIRE NOW" button on the homepage. You'll need to be logged in. Fill in your name, contact number, location, emergency type, severity, and a description, then submit. The report is sent immediately to the system.
Yes, an account is required to file an emergency report. This ensures reports are traceable and helps us follow up with the reporter. Signing up takes less than a minute using the Sign Up button on the homepage.
You'll need to provide:
- Your full name and contact number
- The exact location or nearest landmark
- Type of emergency (building fire, vehicle fire, etc.)
- Severity level (Low, Medium, High, Critical)
- A brief description of the situation
Yes! When filing a report through the File a Report page, you can attach an image or video file to support your report. The maximum file size is 10MB.
👤 Account & Access
Click Sign Up on the homepage or login page. Fill in your full name, email, phone number, and password. You can register as a regular user or as an admin.
Contact us at support@emergencyone.ph with your registered email address and we'll help you reset your password. A self-service password reset feature is coming soon.
Regular users can report emergencies, view safety tips, and manage their profile. Admins have additional access to the dashboard, incident report management, and user management tools.

Yes! EmergencyOne is fully responsive and works on all devices — smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers. Simply open it in your mobile browser.
Yes. All passwords are hashed using industry-standard encryption and are never stored in plain text. Your personal data is only used to process emergency reports and is not shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Always call 911 first in a life-threatening emergency. EmergencyOne is a supplemental tool to help document and track incidents. Do not rely solely on this platform when immediate physical response is needed.
