EmergencyOne is designed for the following legitimate purposes:
- Reporting real fire and emergency incidents in your community
- Accessing fire safety guidelines and tips
- Filing detailed incident reports for documentation purposes
- Admins: managing users and reviewing incident data
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to use the Platform to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fabricated emergency reports
- Harass, impersonate, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to admin features or other accounts
- Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Platform
- Upload malicious files, malware, or harmful content
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
⚠️ Filing a false emergency report is a serious offense and may be punishable under Philippine law (RA 10166 and related statutes).
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it if it changes. EmergencyOne reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be violating these terms.
5. Emergency Reports
When you submit an emergency report, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge. Report data may be shared with relevant local emergency authorities and administrators for response purposes. You grant EmergencyOne permission to store and process your report data.
6. Limitation of Liability
EmergencyOne is a supplemental reporting tool and is not a substitute for calling 911 or your local fire department. We are not liable for any damages resulting from:
- Delays in emergency response due to platform issues
- Inaccurate reports submitted by users
- System downtime or technical failures
- Reliance on this platform as a sole means of emergency reporting
🚨 Always call 911 first in a life-threatening situation. Do not wait for digital confirmation.
7. Termination
EmergencyOne reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any user account that violates these Terms of Service, without prior notice. Users may also request account deletion by contacting our support team.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. The most current version will always be available on this page.
